Warranty

Warranty of products are the sole ownership of the manufacturer. They are the main component that determines if damaged products are the result of a manufacturing defect or just the result of classic wear & tear.

The customer must contact the responsible manufacturer's customer service and follow their instructions to return the damaged item.

In most cases, returned products are inspected by the manufacturer's Warranty Department. If the damage is the result of a manufacturing error or deviation from factory specifications, the manufacturer will offer a replacement for the defective product. If the problem was not the result of manufacturing or deviation from factory specifications, the original product will be returned to the customer.

Also note that the life expectancy for any sport product depends on how the individual uses the product. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product will not be replaced normally by the manufacturer.
